Looking to rustle up a wolf or six to the camera.

Got some good pops on Blackies and Griz during a week in Jellystone, but got skunked on Wolf.

Cal Taylor, if you're reading this, any thoughts?

Hey Ivan, I used to spend some weekends up in the Pinedale area in the late 70s early eighties. No wolves then, lots of antelope, elk, coyotes, and potguts everywhere. Spent the nights at the Cowboy Bar in Jackson. Beautiful country.

Check out the Mountain Man Museum while you are there. Right on the outskirts of town. Worth the trip!

Wow, does that place ever bring back some memories!

Summer of '83 I took a backpacking trip in the mountains near there. Ten of us had the most memorable trip of our lives, and then came back to town ten days later, I hit the shower in the Motel then wandered down the street to a little Steakhouse with a bar.

I had the cutest little hardbodied waitress bringing me beer that evening.

I'm married to a not so understanding woman now, and I don't recall much of the rest of that night, but I do know that we didn't sleep at all that night, and the Van was loaded up and running when I came running down the street the next morning. Our "Adult Chaperone" was madder than hell at me for staying out all night, He started to eat on my ass for it, then noticed my glazed donut complexion, and got of whiff of my new "Cologne"

He cracked a smile and I curled up on the floor of the van to some real sweet dreams!
