Author Topic: FX3 Kill!!! Todd Woodall Knows what it's all about Member # 439 posted August 30, 2005 08:26 PM                       Well everyone we got our new FX3 in today about 3pm. We played with it for awhile and just had to go try it out. We drove about 4 miles from the house and called a small farm that has had problems with coyotes killing their chickens. We set the FX3 out in the middle of the field and played the Jackrabbit distress for a couple minutes. A coyote stepped up on a treeline and it wasnt long before it was limping twords the FX3. We couldnt find any obvious injury to the foot but she was sure favoring it. She ckecked up about 50 yards and Jeff put her down with the 22-250. The landowner was sure glad to have one less coyote and we were pumped to get our first kill with the FX3. here is a pic of us and the FX3 after it was all said and done. We are laughing because there was a 2,000 pound bull standing next to the camera licking the daylights out of it. I guess it tasted good, because he gave it a good licking. I cant say enough about the new FX3. It is amazing how clear the sound quality is and how easy it is to download sounds. I thought Mike sure had his work cut out for him to improve on the Foxpro. He not only improved it, he sent his calls to a whole new level that will be unmatched for years to come. Great call Mike, you need a big pat on the back! Great job Mike! Unfair is paying $2.79 for gas. Man that is going to hurt us this year! Paid 50 bucks yesterday to fill the truck just over half full. I wonder if I can put a night hunting rack on a hybrid?
