While out spotting coyote's this last few wks. Seen 4 dropping a loaf & 2 urinating, a 1/4-1/2 mile out. They all were looking @ me, @ the time.
Funny thing is. I've never witnessed a coyote [loaf] bombardment, until now. I suspect they were lighten'ing themselve's for more "flight-time"
Crusty snow is mostly gone now. Next wk, I'll be on top of them [ December 26, 2005, 04:19 PM: Message edited by: 2dogs ]

Oh man! More code talk. "dropping a loaf"?
But, yes. I have read that dog hunters have witnessed coyotes taking the time to defecate just before flight, and furthermore, it is said that female coyotes are twice as likely to do it. Maybe it makes them feel lighter and faster?
Good hunting. LB

Yah, Leonard.
If a male or female are watching me. The males, never urinate [in front of me, hmmmm must be a "guy thing"] .
But the females will. Thought that, a tad interesting .
