Went out sunday with Clint and a new guy from Iowa Rob, while watching the back door set up in a wash this little guy jumps off the ledge about 4-5 ft. from me.Drop him at 10 yds with a 50 gr hornandy in 22-250 small entry no exit. You would think after calling coyotes for four years I would have happened on to Cat before this , well once but I must have shot poorly and lost it in the high grass looked for hours and didnt have a dog handy. anyway I digress. Clint got one coyote and I got one coyote and the cat,and Rob got the fox. not a lot of coyotes this trip we heard them but they wasnt buying. thanks for lookin , pelt is in the frezzer and the backstraps are in the stir fry.Oh we skinned everything got a little sewing to do on the coyotes and fox PM

Rich first let me say to you and Leonard so much for S--t luck on the worlds. We did not get the cat on video mostly because we had to climb almost straight down into the wash. one misstep and there goes Clints beautiful camera got some coyotes on film from prior week and this hunt as well. Thanks TA needless to say I was pretty pumped. PM

Paul, Congratulations, way to go! Be careful not to make Skoal jealous. By the way, when are you taking him hunting with you? If he can't make it, I'll go.

Awesome Paul! I've yet to get out and get a bobcat yet too. I'm going this weekend with my boys back into the hills in hopes of getting a cat of some sort. We've been out 4-5 times this year calling coyotes. We've got a few and they are the first times called for either of the boys. They are super anxious for each and every Saturday to arrive.
Last weekend they got to see their dad blow it on both a red fox and a coyote. The previous weekends were good though.
This last Saturday I also got bit twice by a ranch dog. The little !@^%$#*&I( stole my pheasant and I had to fight 'im to get it back!!! The good news is, I'm up to date with my tetnous shots now. ![[Roll Eyes]](rolleyes.gif)

Danny, you crack me up! I can just imagine you wrestling a yard dog for the pheasant.
