Despite the facial close-ups with blood drippin' and tongues hanging out, it wasn't as anti-hunting as I would have guessed.
The reporter who was mocking the idiots protesting while interviewing them did a pretty good job of showing what kind of idiots these people really are. I would think any non-hunter with a shred of common sense would see how delusional some of the crackpots are.
As a side note, the NJ game department is really collecting some info from the looks of it. From the vid, it looked like every bear gets checked, weighed, measured, and recorded. Hopefully with a little science and research on their side they can continue hunting them.

Quote: "Three protesters were on hand Wednesday afternoon at the Whittingham Wildlife Management Area check station in Fredon, Ragonese said, but no disturbances have been reported. One protester was arrested Monday in Fredon after state police said he breached a barricade."
Damn, only 3 showed up??? Ya, can't even have a good protest with a dismal turnout like that.

Yeah there weren't many at some checking stations. Probably too cold for them. Saturday should be a big day..

Forgive me for saying this, but I think those crusted up vegan protesters need to quit gettin' high on the smell of their own granola scented farts & eat a damn STEAK...
Like, I mean get in their PRIUS Hybrid, drive down to Sizzler & have at it, baked potato & all! Isn't there a fixin's bar with all that vegan crap in it, too?
And if they get lucky on the way home, maybe they'd have the foresight to swerve INTO a possum crossing the road and make street pizza out of it... (no offense, Al )
That is, of course, if "Whale Wars" re-runs aren't on the boob tube. Granola gas huffin' & Whale Wars re-runs are a combo not to be missed by the hunt protester crowd. This alone may explain the lack of turnout at the bear hunt...
Just some thoughts... [ December 09, 2010, 05:18 AM: Message edited by: knockemdown ]

The biggest bear as of yesterday was 661 pounds. Supposedly there is a bigger bear on the farm where it was shot, but the young hunter's father would not allow him to shoot that one. I guess he had been feeding it lol.
