Potato Cannon (spud gun)Idaho Reds propelled by 2 seconds of Aqua Net seemed to be too much. Won't do that again.

Funny ... there's a fancy new strip club in Boise named Idaho Reds.

Rich,

I believe it could be to much. I watched a person shoot one of those potatoes right through the grill and radiator of a chevy wagon. That was from about 15 yards.

2dogs, Shoot mostly a 22-250, but do use a 25-06 or .264 if my partner lets me go along on complaint calls. [Smile]

Greenside,

I'm planning on getting a .243 WSSM upper for my Bushmaster .223 lower. Should be plenty-o-gun on them far away dogs.

Are you from Des Moines area?

Rich,

Try using gas. Works way better, and believe it or not, it's still cheaper than hairspray.

Tim,
You use GAS in a tater gun? Wow, I wouldnt have had the balls to try that one. [Big Grin] Ive tried starting fluid, hairspray and a few other sprays, but not gas. Thats pretty funny. Give some details as to the performance and safety factors, please.

Hey, heres a new thread. How many names have you heard for a spud launcher, and does it irritate you? [Wink]

Andy
