Shortly after I got a new fx 5 from Fox-pro my old 416 quit working. its about three years old so I mailed it back to the factory and asked them to repair it whether or not it was still covered by warranty. well about a week later a package comes to the door and not only did they fix the caller they repaired the remote antenna and upgraded it.they inclosed an invoice listing all repairs completed and a zero balance due.
It is so rare to be completely satisfied with a product or service these days I just wanted to post this and let everyone know what a stand up company Fox pro is as well as the people that run it. Thank You FOX PRO you guys are for real.
