Locohead,

I have your call all done, except for the finish.

Both of the zebrawood calls I pictured in the other thread have a hand rubbed teak oil finish, without a "protective" topcoat.
These, like a rifle, will require a wipe down with oil once a year or so.
Or if you'd like I can go over it with a coat of polyurethane.
It's your call, so, you make the call. [Smile]

Never mind... I made the decision for you, and put a coat of poly over the natural wood stain/sealer.

I need a shipping address, and I can put this call in the mail on Tuesday.

Ha Ha Very funny. Now out of my way dang it!!!!

Thank you Krusty. The call looks beautiful. I just heard from Uncle Jay that I've been missing some pretty adventurous stuff over here at Leon's pad. So I just dropped by. I've been really busy the last couple of days.

Thanks again bro'! [Wink]

Finally....

Okay, the call will go out first thing in the morning. [Smile]

I left a message on your cell phone, so you'd have gotten your address to me, one way or another, but thanks to Uncle Jay (and to NASA). [Wink]

Yup, some pretty big stuff here on HM. [Eek!]

I really enjoyed making the call, for you, I hope you get as much enjoyment from using it. [Smile]

Doh! [Roll Eyes]

I sent the call this morning, and I just now realized, I didn't put a lanyard in the envelope.

I tied up some very basic two call lanyards, with some 330 parachute cord. I'll throw one of those in another envelope, and it'll get there a day or so behind the call.

Krusty,

I received the call and laynard you made for me today. Thank you. You really shouldn't be so humble. Why didn't you post a photo of the other side of the call? The one with the 24 carat gold in-lay of the howling coyote.

It was very generous of you and if I ever get around to killing any coyotes this year, I'll post a picture. You will of had a part in the success. [Smile] And again, Thank you. [Smile]
