Just bought a 204 Ruger. What's the thinking out there for this being used as a coyote rifle ?

I think this will be a good round once there are components to support reloading. Range is good, accurate, fast; Kills the coyote.

Always nice when they ask for an opinion afterwards rather than before they buy. Just kidding, good thing we all love the 204. Which model did you buy, Larry?
Good hunting. LB

I bought a New England Handi Rifle with the bull barrel. Next a scope. Any thoughts on power? I'm sure it will be a variable of some sort.

Larry,
I've been hunting with a couple of guys now that use them. Looks like it will be a great gun for coyotes.
For scopes I like the 3-9 powers best for calling rifles.
