With the advent of places like EBay for guns, I was wondering if any of you had any experience with them. Do you think it's better than a gun show to sell?
I want to get rid of a GA Precision AR with ACOG optics. So if you have a favorite place to unload your guns please let me know.

I have purchased one rifle on gunbroker.com and the transaction went very smoothly. It's all very similar to eBay in operation and how you bid and sell.

The big difference is that you'll need to ship to (and possibly from) FFL holders.

I like the site. Lots of guns to choose from and you won't have God knows who coming over to your house eyeing your belongings.

If priced fairly, (assuming you set a minimum bid price) you should have many more potential buyers online and your odds of sale are higher. With a gun show, your odds of sale are probably lower due to fewer shoppers but if you do make a sale it will probably be at a higher price.

Robb. I have bought six guns off of gunbroker. All were exactly as described. They usually give a three day inspection. I have sold several and all transactions went very smooth.

Sold seven Leupold's on there so I could bye Burris's. Felt kind of guilty about that.
