DAA, Have you ever tried to convert a Savage 110 to a single column magazine?

No Joe, I have not tried it with a Savage. I'm sure it could be done though.

Joe, maybe it can be done, but I'm curious as to why you want to do it?
There may be a way of inserting a block on one side of the magazine so all cartridges go to the left or right, as the case may be? But, to center the cartridges would involve some engineering and involve modifications to the action, including feed rails. Maybe there is a detachable single stack magazine that can be altered and installed as permanent, involving just the stock?
Good luck with your search, LB
