Today, my most recent issue of Breakthrough Taxidermy Magazine came and the cover photo is of an absolutely fabulous mountain lion mount...
![-](http://img.photobucket.com/albums/v78/Cdog911/BTCover.jpg)
Very artistically expressive piece by Jason Snowberger, which just won Best in the World Mammal at the World Championships. Snowberger is from Duncansville, PA.
Just thought you guys might apprecaite it.

That is absolutely beautifull..It looks like a real life photo of a mountain lion and her cub..that alone would be a beautifull picture on the wall.

Fantastic mount.
I dreamt of becoming a taxidermist as a kid, but soon realized I had the artistic ability of a tomato can.
My hat's off to anyone who can do a credible job mounting wildlife. Particulary the mount shown above.

That mount is very well done, a very artistic interpretation, in my opinion.
As I see it, it is highly suitable as a Museum mount, but not as a trophy.
It is the kind of thing that might easily be misunderstood by the bunny hugger crowd, as it shows a warm cuddly situation.
The other side of the coin is that lions are preying on humans, because of their unrealistic, Disneyland, protected status in the State of California.
They are killing people, and nobody seems to care?
Good hunting. LB
