Good game, last three quarters, at least.
41-10, and it wasn't that close. LB

I've been a Charger fan since 92 if that carries any weight.

Why do you think they call them TROJANS? Besides they cheat, half the football players get credits for playing football lol. As you can tell, I've been a ND fan forever. I haven't had much to bragg about the last few years, but I'll have my turn again. SC looks about as good as a football team can get, They are #1. Leonard, my little brothers first name is Rockne, that's got to tell you something lol. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)

You guys need to go hunting or girl watching, or maybe some other hobby.
Team sports, and NCAA team sports at that!!!!!!!! I am a fan of individual NCAA sports but could never see the team things.

Brad, who was the last team to beat Oklahoma when they had there 47 game winning streak? Who was the team that beat Oklahomab 7-0 to end that winning streak? Oklahoma had a great team back in the 50s, one of the best ever. This year it's USCs turn, they were probably the best team last year but somehow LSU got in there. To me college football is the best sport in the country, kids playing there hearts out for the school because only about 1% make it to the pros. No better sport in this country then college football, except for predator hunting lol ![[Wink]](wink.gif) [ November 30, 2004, 08:10 PM: Message edited by: onecoyote ]

It is quite apparent that nobody but me has actually read the NCAA rulebook. About 2" thick now and all the athletes are prohibited from having any professional help in interpreting it.
That's right, even the top athletes can not have their lawyer even look at the rules.
The NCAA is as close to an absolute dictatorship(by committee) as it gets in the US.

Onecoyote, Notre Dame was on both sides of that 47 game win streak. I agree with you on college football. Greatest sport going. It wasn't only the 50's when Oklahoma had great tradition. They have won 7 national championships only two were in the 50's. The last one was in 2000.
Leonard, I won't erase my post after the game. If they lose, I will be a man and take what I have coming. However, I wouldn't bet against Bob Stoops with four weeks to prepare and a healthy quaterback, which we didn't have in last year's national championship game.

Brad, it's going to be an interesting game if it happens and I hope it does, but I'd have to give the edge to SC. You do know your Oklahoma football, most fans wouldn't know the answer to what I asked you. Jack, I have to agree with you. I don't have the book and never read it, lots of rules we don't know about that's for sure. We also have to remember its a sport and not a goverment, but then again maybe sports and goverment are alike? lol. ![[Big Grin]](biggrin.gif)
