These two old widowed folks are out on a date. It's their fourth time out and both of them have been contemplating taking things to the final level. As luck would have it, later that evening, they're in a seedy motel room and both are butt naked. Just as things are starting to get really heated up, the old woman pushes herself away from the old man and says, "Before we go any further, I think I ought to tell you that I have acute angina."
"I sure hope so", he says in reply, "because you sure got ugly tits!"
