I can't get in touch with Higgins to tell him I don't need a ride from the airport. Can someone call him for me? The number I have isn't working. Since I am eating a plane ticket, are they best with salt and pepper or do you make a stew out of them?

Good hunting. LB

Steve, it is unfortunate you are unable to attend as I would have enjoyed meeting you. We'll touch base in the future I am sure. Glad to hear your mother is doing better. First coyote I shoot will be dedicated to you!

Steve, I'm really going to miss you. We've saved a honeyhole for you that is full of virgin eared coyotes and bobcats. Thick as fleas, multiples every stand. Oh well. We'll take Cal there instead. Cal we will pick you up from American Airlines at 4:19 PM today and go straight to the APC meeting. The club is excited to meet you. On to the campout with Les Johnson and Dan Carey from there. We are all looking forward to seeing you again.

Rich, maybe I just picked the wrong week to start sniffing glue again, but...
I don't think Cal will be arriving. See his first post in this thread. And this one too, from the head count thread:
"Well, crap. I'm out I guess. I had some hunters that absolutely had to change dates and we aren't going to be done in time for me to catch my flight tommorrow. What I do need is a favor in someone getting in touch with Higgins to tell him I won't be needing that ride from the airport. The number I have for him no longer works. I'm going to post this in the member forum also so it doesn't get missed."
But, don't take the word of a un-reformed glue sniffer. I'd hate to be responsible for a misunderstanding.

Dave, Cal reads most of what I post and shakes his head and mutters "what a dink". I was just trying to cheer him up a little with more of the same. Everyone was excited that you were coming and then disappointed when you had to cancel. Same with Cal now.

I was gonna go, then something happened, then it un-happened and now it happened again. But, worser. I just decided to save y'all the back and forth drama. If y'all decide when next year's will be before the end of this November, maybe I can hitch a ride with Andy and split the gas or something. All depends on how much I can get for my oldest kid since once I get him sold off, "something" will have been fixed. ![[Wink]](wink.gif)
