Well, TIME TO SHUT PM DOWN, then, don't you think? Face it, we all hate those, hmm, how did one of those mods put it when they hammered one of there own..."paranoid little bastUrd" ya thats it. Yea, time for the bad ass GONNA SHUT DOWN PM WITH ALL THERE DIRTY SECRETS gang that habits your site plus that new shithole DesertHunter.com (PredatorMonsters lite).
PUT UP OR SHUT UP, Leonard you tell them boys to get with it and shut those bastUrds down or SHUT THE FUK UP

You ask 'what the hell is this abou'????? I believe I was loud and clear-----'crystal river' clear to be precise. Your website harbors a bunch of wan a be bad azzes who claim they can shut down the boys at PM with their inside knowledge.
Well, time for the 'inside information' to be exposed! tell your boys on huntmasters and predatormonsterlite to MAN UP and expose the Redfrog battilion.
Tell them to PUT UP or SHUT UP!

Steve,
I don't know you, at all? You may think that your message was loud and "crystal clear" but I don't think Huntmasters harbors wanna be bad asses. If we have them, and I fail to see that we do, it seems to me that it's an internal issue and none of your business, whether your request is a personal one or in some sort of official capacity?
So. Why is this my problem?
In the meantime, I'll post your concerns for you, since you apparently aren't man enough to do it yourself. If you want to register and tell everybody to "man up" and "shut up"; there is nothing stopping you. LB

Never heard of the guy Leonard,
I think he may be snorting "Crystal" though... that or he's had too much Koolaid.
Maybe he has an inside and can get us all a copy of PM's 501(c)(3) status since no one else can?

PM is doing a pretty good job of shutting itself down, without any help from those of us who have been banned.
I am not, nor do I want to be, a badazz (or a badass).
Friggen chicken sh*t lurkers anyways, all take, and nothing to give.
It's tough, running with the big dogs... but I'd rather sit on the porch with 'em, than hide under it.

I think CrossJ hit it on the noggin. Some 12 yr old on mommas computer. I honestly think that is what a whole lot of these internet hunting experts are actually. Which would include about half of PMs membership. Thats probably why the hunt didnt turn out too big. Nobody could get permission, a ride or money from their folks to come.

After reading Nikon's post, I poked around a little bit. I was able to ascertain that PM is registered with the state of Utah as a non-profit organization in good standing.
PM lists their incorporation papers on their website. See link:
http://www.predatormastersforums.com/forms/PMInc.pdf
The list of non profit organizations is public knowledge, though it is a difficult to find on the state website (same as NJ).
So it's all legal folks.

49,
Well then, things, as they always do, have changed... some years ago some of us in PM's now defunct chatroom made a similar attempt, to confirm their not for profit status, and could not do so.
One of the ways a not for profit "burns" profit, is through salaries and bonuses.

Sorry to bust the bubble here but...
Read real close there fellas, those are state incorporation papers not IRS non-profit status filing.
The IRS denied PM's tax exempt status to the best anyone can determine, possibly due to late or non submitted paper work by the BOD... if anyone can provide the 501(c)(3) papers please do so and prove me wrong... like Obama's real birth certificate... just show me the proof!
By the way, just before I was dismissed as a mod there I brought it to the Admn's attention that the state fees were not paid and the corporation was in default! If someone had filed for the name and corporate rights they could possibly have challenged PM for it's name! Probably wouldn't have won by what the state registrar told me but would have been fun anyway.

There is no bubble busting Nikon. The facts are what they are.
They are definately in good standing as a non profit with the state of Utah at this juncture. The state website is difficult to navigate, and the only reason I believe I was able to do so was because I just renewed the non profit status of our organization here in NJ, and the state websites are similar.
Edit: But you are correct Nikon, it is possible for a state registered non profit to be not registered with the federal government as a 501c3 organization.
Edit2: Though the benefit of being non profit would be the tax exempt status, so why would any non profit organization not file under 501c3? [ January 29, 2010, 04:21 AM: Message edited by: 4949shooter ]

It is just that the whole issue has long been elusive and curious.
It's one of those things like Barry's birth certificate. Show it to us and we will shut up....say the Birthers. So it is with PM's phantom 501c3.
Do I give a shit? No.

That is the question everyone wants answered and how does that affect their claiming to be non-profit in Utah... either you are or you aren't. They claim to be 501(c)(3), that doesn't appear to be the case. Had I not called it to their attention they wouldn't have been registered in Utah either! My mistake... should have let it ride and watched the show.

Felt like crap this morning just from being in a smokey bar last night. I maybe killed a few brain cells last night, ...well, probably not unless Pepsi kills them, too.
Played in a pool tournament and got third place after getting beat in the first round by the guy that eventually ended up taking first place. Made for a long night playing up through the loser bracket. Got home around 9:30P... when I was young and single I stayed out all night!
I've seen the light, coyote calling isn't much fun anymore. If this economy doesn't pick up soon I'm taking up drinking and chasing wild women again.
What do you guys think? Playing pool, drinking, chasing wild women, where does predator hunting fit in?(is that a rhetorical question)
