At this point there is nothing on my calender to stand in my way. Would there be any objection to me bringing a 4-wheeler? (Think of it as a motorized wheelchair for an aging gimp.)

Count 228 out. It's looking like I'll be in the land of dingos real close to that time.

Cal, is there a significant difference between a pimp and a hustler? If there isn't, then maybe it's moot. See ya maņana!

I've a large two room tent I can bring. I'll even bring the tarp for the top in case of rain. ( I forgot it a couple of years ago and darn near drowned Vic one night )
I also have a couple of "Two man" tents that hold one guy and his gear comfortably.
I need to check, but I think I may have a couple of spare sleeping bags for those who need one.

Okay, member #314, you have access to the campout forum. Sounds like it might be the Indiana reunion weekend? LB
edit: Hey, I stopped in a place to eat, while driving through Indiana, a couple weeks ago.....I think? Called Steak and Shake; we don't have them out here. [ August 10, 2006, 05:08 PM: Message edited by: Leonard ]

And wasn't that a fine eating establishment? And their french fries are to die for! My mom use to work there too. If I knew you were going through there, I probably could have recommended a few nice places. Although the most wonderful place in Indiana to eat is now gone, The New Orleans House. Miss Joyce

Steve,
That's still my favorite, but the Wife still considers White Castle as a Five Star gourmet restaurant.

Well, all I can say is: Only in Indiana! Right next to the Indianapolis airport, they had a big car show for 1962 Ford Falcons. Must have been hundreds, somehow escaped the wrecking ball, flee to Indiana where they seem to appreciate things like that? Twilight Zone, for sure.
White Castle, I don't know? My taste has "matured" but I did like that triple steak burger/w cheese. LB

No secret handshake. You in?
Cripes, we may need name tags, or some type of secret handshake horseshit to figure out who's who?

Tim, Seems most everyone in the state knows about the Beef House. Heck one restaruant owner out here asked me to set him up with a meeting with Bob Wright (the owner) so he could start the same kind of Beef House out here. I did and he did and then he sold it and they turned it into a darned Italian cafe! I still hunt and trap on Bob Wright's farms as well as all the Wright land from Covington to Kentland.

Nothing personal. I just like the idea of someone else buying my plane ticket to Australia and getting to hang out there a bit much better than hanging out in the Az. desert. I've been there a few times.
Realistically, I'll probably never get another chance like this, and this deal may not go through , either.
