Leonard,
I've played 3ball and lots of 3cushion billiards but can't say I've ever played 5ball, played billiards as a kid with Bill Hawkins, World Champion Billiards player from Decatur, Il. I still have the cue Bill turned for me when I was 15! I also have been privileged to play Nick Varner in 9ball and Tom Rossman,World Champion Trick Shot Artist. I first met TomR when he ran a pool hall here and got to play him in tournaments every now and then. He also sold me my first of many "Viking Cues". I wish I could still see like when I was younger but years of working in railroad dust and at night has ruined my vision. I still do OK every now and then on the pool table.
Who said I gave up women? I'm single again after 28years and still trying to particpate like I'm 29!

I fully understand Randy!!!!

Five ball is what we called a variation of 9 Ball where the 5 ball is respotted as many times as possible before the nine ball is sunk. Maybe there is another local name for it?
Good hunting. LB

Yes luckily we missed all of the ice, but the snow that was supposed to quit at 5pm is still coming down.

Hey Geordie,
Good one! I'll try to refrain myself... but from one "Okie" to another, I'd rather be hunting than pecking away on this keyboard!

Back to the 501(c)(3) mystery...... formal complaints to the IRS have been filed along with a few phone calls. This issue is not going away for PM.
Just depends on when or if the IRS decides to follow up on it. I suspect tax deductions have been taken by donors that are not tax deductible.

G missed the ice, but I didn't. No power for a few days. Back up and running since Saturday. There are some folks just north of me, that will be without power for at least two weeks.
