From what I hear, the heavy rains in CA have produced a positive side effect. The hills of Riverside are blazing orange with poppies and other desert wildflowers. Don't get to see much of that out here in CO.

You hear right Tom. Down in your old neighborhood the hills are alive with orange (or is that Golden?)

Well, you know the drill, Tom. Nice rain, lotta green, and next summer, a lot of dry brush, which usually means fires....followed by denuded hillsides and more rain and; mudslides!
