We left Wednesday morning and I plum forgot to mention it, on line.

Our daughter and her husband and the two girls rented a four bedroom house in South Lake Tahoe, CA. Was perfect. It snowed, hot tub on the back deck, sat TV, ice skating (found that I'm a bit rusty in that department) and son-in-law did a fine turkey on Thursday, we didn't lack for anything; good restaurants, brisk walks, very cold nights at that elevation. In short, had a very good time, 9 hours up, 8½ coming back tonight.

Saw the Big Pines Tule elk herd right off 395, must have been somewhere close to 200? Waited at a signal at Kramer Junction for about thirty minutes, which shot my MPH average all to hell. [Frown]

Good hunting. LB

You retired folks are about to drive me nuts.

My parents came in last Tuesday. They called me last night from San Diego.

Why can't you old people just hold still and enjoy life. It's like you no longer have any responsibilities!

I hope that goes well, as well as I hope it isn't too serious. Glad you had a nice Holiday.

Norm,

That's one of the reasons I want to learn Spanish.

I figure I can retire five years earlier if I Move to Mexico until I'm eligible for Social Security.

Leonard,

Good luck with your Knee surgery. Maybe Vic can slip over one night and hide a bloated coyote under your recovery bed?

6:00 A.M. Wednesday morning. Two hours, followed by three days in the joint. I'm prepared; have laptop.....

Thanks for the thought, huge joke if you could drop a three day dead coyote down an A/C duct. I have done similiar, before, so I guess I deserve it. (opposum)

Good hunting. LB
