To eat more fruit. Ok.....I can learn to do that.

Bought some apples & cored them. In a bowl, I melted some butter and mixed in some brown sugar, crushed pecans & a pinch of salt. (Next time, I'll add a bit of cinnamon too). Filled the cores and sat the apples upright in a pie pan on the bbq at med. fire for about 45 minutes while the hot links & bell peppers were cooking. Turned out pretty tasty.

It's always good to follow the Dr.s orders!

Edit: Joyce wanted a "lite" dinner tonight of chicken salad. So I made myself a little "After dinner snack" I dumped an entire bag of Fritos into a mixing bowl, Dumped on a bottle of Nacho Cheese and a can of Chili with beans. I couldn't find any Jalapeņos. I feel sorry for all of those people stuck on the plane with me in the morning!
